Job Title: Outside Sales Representative ? Janitorial, Safety, PPE & Packaging Supplies Location: Greater Chicagoland Area Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday ? Friday (Flexible Hours) Position Overview: We are seeking a driven and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for generating new business by making in-person sales calls and presenting our product offerings to prospective clients throughout the Chicagoland area. The ideal candidate will have industry experience and a passion for building client relationships and delivering tailored solutions in the areas of janitorial supplies, safety products, PPE, and packaging/shipping supplies. Key Responsibilities: Conduct face-to-face sales calls to acquire new accounts across the Chicagoland area. Present and promote our products and services, emphasizing their value and benefits. Identify client needs and offer customized solutions across our full product line. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through consistent prospecting and follow-ups. Maintain and grow customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and fulfillment processes. Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals and performance benchmarks. Requirements: Proven success in outside sales within one or more of the following industries: Janitorial supplies Safety products/PPE Packaging and shipping materials Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong ability to work independently. Ability to travel locally throughout the Chicagoland area as needed. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
