As a key player in our product development process, you will collaborate with engineers, designers, and quality assurance teams to bring cutting-edge medical devices from concept to reality. Your primary focus will be on supporting the creation and refinement of product prototypes, conducting detailed testing, and ensuring that our devices comply with industry standards and regulations. Your technical expertise will help bridge the gap between design and manufacturing, allowing us to deliver high-quality products that improve patient outcomes and enhance the healthcare experience. You will be involved in project planning, brainstorming new ideas, and troubleshooting issues that may arise during the development phases. $25.00- $34.00/Hour Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Shift Details: 1st Shift Duties and Responsibilities: ? Gathers, maintains, formats, compiles, and manipulates technical data, such as laboratory or material test results and engineering design changes. Produces engineering documents, reports, and drawings (flow charts, block diagrams and schematics) ? Prepares reports and summaries, including quantitative analysis ? Provides completion of technical tasks. ? Provides technical support to engineers on a variety of technical tasks. ? Helps scope equipment for use and complete qualifications ? Works with team to on general lab functions; including calibration, implementation of safety procedures, and routine equipment maintenance ? Notifies manager or team lead upon recognition of factors that may affect project ? Helps develop prototype processes and test set-ups ? Executes designed test protocol and conducts testing ? Effectively documents and communicates test results ? Handles test samples and chemicals used for conditioning and testing Requirements: Minimum Requirement: Minimum education requirement is high school diploma, experience in a lab environment (corporate or school) or technician experience in a regulated environment for a minimum of 3 years, experience following written procedures and working collaboratively with a team Preferred Qualifications and Experience: ? Ability to understand and perform designed test procedures ? The ability to work effectively in a cross-functional group and communicate effectively with the lab team and extended team members ?
