Pay Rate: $16.27 Hours: 35 hours per week (hours may vary, occasional evenings) Job Duties -Responsible for input of customer demographics collect on intake forms into the CAPTAIN software program and into the online SmartChoice software. -Interview client to assess their needs and eligibility -Provide coverage for the reception area Maintain customer files and program data -Provide support to food pantry operations -Perform other duties assigned. Skills -Exceptional communication skills -Organizational and time management skills -Ability to balance multiple priorities -Ability to remain calm under pressure -Adaptable and flexible Experience -One year experience in the Human services or related fields.
