JobsRUs.com. is seeking to hire a Forklift Operator for our client in Somerset NJ! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $25.00/Hour Shift Details: 3rd shift Working Days: Monday - Friday Day Starts at: 10:00PM Day Ends at: 6:30AM DESCRIPTION: Key responsibilities: Identifies, prioritizes and imports batches to be produced on Fricke automated filling equipment. Works with support team as necessary to resolve software issues and ensure efficient operation of equipment. With a good understanding of the Automation Batch Management System (BMS) system, identify split batches or split the batches manually as needed between the (3) Fricke filling systems: Multi cluster, Dosing Cluster and Manual Filling station. Operates and monitors the mechanical performance of the automated filling system during assigned shift including Prints barcode labels and staging finished batches for completion by compounders. Advises compounders of the specifics of the batches coming from automation on the size, priority and how many pots. Identifies raw materials needing replenishing (stock alarms), removes empty drum and installs or connects new drum on the mezzanine level. Ensures that equipment is in good working order and advises supervisor of any operating issues or malfunctions and ensures proper cleaning of equipment daily. Non-essential Responsibilities and Functions: Assists other areas as necessary. Trains new Compounders. Participates in year-end physical inventory. Additional Job Competencies or Job Relationships or Specialized Skills: Job relationship with production. Ability to understand and follow directions. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Knowledge of cleaning solutions and procedures. Minimum Qualifications: High School Degree or equivalency (GED) required. Prior fork lift experience. Good communication skills. Ability to handle heavy materials including drums (lifting requirement of up to 60 lbs.) Possesses strong commitment to team environment dynamics. | |
