Weekly Pay! $20.00/Hour Shift Details: 1st Shift Working Days: Monday - Friday Day Starts at: 8:00AM Day Ends at: 5:00PM DESCRIPTION: Responsibilities: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contingent Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our procurement-related data and documents. The ideal candidate will assist in updating and maintaining supplier contact information, managing chemical certificates and handling document requests from our suppliers. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. KEY Skills: Data Entry, Procurement, SAP experience Key Responsibilities: Master Data Integrity and Compliance: Ensure the completeness and accuracy of procurement-related data and documents, maintaining global master data integrity. Process Effectiveness and Efficiency: Collaborate with Shared Service Centers (SSCs) and the supply chain to align, implement, and support highly automated, harmonized, and state-of-the-art procurement processes with clearly defined roles and responsibilities. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with all stakeholders involved in the procurement process, including negotiators, SSCs, and suppliers, to ensure seamless communication and operational success. Accountability: Take ownership of operational supply security for the region by ensuring the correctness of procurement-related master data entries and adherence to required documentation. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the purchase-to-pay process. Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in data entry and management, with experience in maintaining databases. Familiarity with procurement processes and documentation is a plus. Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. |
