Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. JobsRUs.com is seeking an experienced Recruiter for a 90-day temporary contract to support our client in St. Albans, VT. This is a remote role focused on recruiting top talent from out of state to relocate to Vermont for manufacturing and industrial positions. Key Responsibilities: ? Source and identify qualified candidates in the manufacturing/industrial sector ? Screen applicants and assess their experience and fit ? Coordinate and schedule 2nd interviews with the client ? Develop strategies to attract and engage out-of-state talent ? Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet hiring needs Requirements: ? 3+ years of recruiting experience in manufacturing or industrial fields ? Proven ability to source, screen, and coordinate interviews ? Strong communication and organizational skills ? Ability to work independently in a remote setting ?
