Must have skills in Project Management/Program Management and Supplier Engagement ? Bachelor?s Degree required, or equivalent experience ? 0 ? 3 years of experience in a business or data analyst role ? Strong analytical and critical thinking skills ? Intermediate experience with SQL required, Expert preferred ? Intermediate experience with Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Visualization) ? Intermediate Python experience required ? Beginner experience with basic accounting principles ? Beginner experience with Tableau or Power BI ? Demonstrates good oral and written communication skills ? Ability to maintain multiple projects at the same time while making deadlines ? Must be a strong team player ? Intermediate Process and Workflow documentation experience Copy Writing Experience Supplier and Customer Engagement ensure the candidates have copywriting experience Great communication skills Excellent English grammar skills Experience with SNow Experience with Outlook and Excel Responsibilities: ? Engage, Train, and Manage supplier relationships to capture enriched content ? Triage and escalate customer feedback requests via Service Now ? Create, Maintain, and Retire item MDM for Features and Benefits ? Manage and respond to team mailbox for inter-company and customer request Experience and Skills: ? Bachelor?s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience ? 0 ? 3 years of experience in a business or data analyst role ? Strong analytical and critical thinking skills ? Beginner experience with SQL ? Intermediate experience with Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Visualization) ? Demonstrates good oral and written communication skills ?
