Weekly Pay! $50.00/Hour Shift Details: 1st shift Working Days: Monday - Friday Day Starts at: 8:00AM Day Ends at: 5:00PM DESCRIPTION: Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the compliance team to identify training needs and address compliance issues. Identify all current compliance learning assignments and create an updated inventory of required compliance learning for all colleagues globally. Build compliance learning pathways and assignment groups within the Learning Management System. Assist in the development and implementation of compliance training programs for special projects. Prepare and analyze reports on training outcomes and compliance metrics using advanced Excel skills. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvements. Stay informed about the latest developments in compliance regulations and best practices. Qualifications: Some experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably in a compliance or regulatory environment. Basic understanding of compliance regulations and best practices. Expert-level knowledge of Excel and experience in preparing detailed reports. Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in using training software and tools. Project Management experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (Percipio or Skillsoft or Workday preferred) Significant reporting experience, particularly in generating and interpreting compliance metrics. | |
