Pay Rate - $30-39/hr 1st Shift: 8am-5pm Job Description Prepare detailed working diagrams of machinery and mechanical devices, including dimensions, fastening methods, and other engineering information. Typically has a high school diploma or GED. Possesses technical skills, including the knowledge of design techniques and blueprint reading. Education/Experience o Bachelor degree in engineering required o 2-4 years experience required Responsibility level o Exercises moderate independent judgment with direction from supervisor Skills o Creativity, verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem solving ability (Required) o Team player and detail oriented (Required) o Ability to make sketches, engineering drawings and common computations (Typically required) o Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawing, schematics and computer-generated reports (Typically required) o Previous experience with computer applications and software related to engineering field, such as Computer Aided Design (CAD) (Typically required) Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: o Research, design, develop, manufacture, and test tools, engines, machines and other mechanical devices o Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals to determine time and cost feasibility to complete projects o Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and make recommendation to maintenance crew o Assist drafters in developing the structural design of products using tools, equipment or software Required Education and Experience Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering 2-4 years of related experience Required Skills ?
