Weekly Pay! $22.00/Hour Shift Details: 1st shift Working Days: Monday - Friday Day starts at: 7:00AM Day Ends at: 4:00PM DESCRIPTION: This person will be responsible for managing and improving the accuracy of delivery schedules within our ERP system (SAP). This role requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a commitment to ensuring timely and accurate delivery information. Key responsibilities include: Running reports to identify backlogged orders lacking valid expected delivery dates. Proactively contacting carriers to confirm delivery schedules for at-risk loads. Regularly communicating with suppliers to retrieve and update delivery information in our Transportation Management System. Addressing inquiries from cross-functional supply chain teams regarding late loads. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Fluency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) A high degree of professionalism Strong communication skills Strong organizational skills Problem solving Time Management Customer driven Critical thinking or decision making Creativity Teamwork Minimum Qualifications: High school degree Experience: Supply chain knowledge and experience preferred Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software experience desired (Ex: SAP) | |
