Weekly Pay! $25.00/Hour Shift Details: 8:00PM - 5:00AM DESCRIPTION: Top 3 Must Haves: Able to perform under time constraints. Able to adjust quickly. Day to Day: Checking for email requests. Routing 25-32 routes. Printing reports for warehouse. Editing invoices, checking for shorts and time remaining assist with any clerical needs of night warehouse. Candidates needs to have some type of knowledge of routing systems. Possibly to have good computer skills with delivery experience. 3-5 Years of Experience, Responsibilities include functioning as liaison between delivery drivers and Management. Reviewing routing and routing changes daily to ensure maximum efficiencies. Inputting all new customers including Geo-coding and route assignment. Maintaining all customer files within Road Net making all necessary updates. Providing maximum Customer Satisfaction by scheduling trucks to their location at the requested time. Communicating with the Director of Transportation and other management as required; strategic thinker, problem solver while gaining efficiencies through utilization of all assets Supports warehouse loading functions. And adept to changes to meet business needs. Qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word, Outlook). AS 400 and Road Net. Experience with meeting deadlines. Good written and verbal communication skills. Must be adept at managing records, files, and sensitive data, excellent organizational skills. Strong analytical skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks. Good attendance. Supports warehouse loading functions. Other duties as assigned. Education required is a high school diploma or equivalent. | |
