Pay Rate - $71.50-95/hr 1st Shift: 9am-5pm EST Job Description Lead the business/technical analyst role for the Automation Team for the End to End Quality Modernization Project. This includes SDLC and other IT standards and requirements compliance. Lead design specification creations in SDLC templates and Azure DevOps, with the suppliers developing in Microsoft platform solutions, other custom solutions, and off the shelf platforms. Providing other business analyst support at the direction of the project manager. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience (ex. IT). · Strong knowledge of agile principles and frameworks (ex. two weeks sprints, story points, story refinement and estimation, retrospectives). · Experience leading and managing agile projects as a technical analyst or product owner · Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. · Business analyst, product owner, ITIL, and other technical certification preferred. Top 3 skill sets: · Strong knowledge and experience in agile project management methodologies and frameworks. · Microsoft Platform and AI systems implementation experience · ITIL and SDLC | |
