Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Employee Service Center team. This team is committed to providing exceptional service to our employees, fostering a positive culture, and supporting our products. As an Employee Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by delivering outstanding customer service to new hires, employees, and managers. Your efforts will contribute to efficient processes and consistent data and insights, helping to keep our organization running seamlessly.

About the role
This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate records in Workday through system focused work including but not limited to; entering employee changes into Workday, auditing onboarding processes, and managing bulk transaction requests.
Maintain the Employee Service Center ticketing queue (prioritize, categorize, update status) and resolve tickets within Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Support HR transactional work related to hires, job changes, manager changes, re-organizations, compensation changes, etc.
Manage tasks and approvals that require action in Workday.
Initiate and audit steps throughout the onboarding process including offers, background checks, onboarding documents, etc.
Provide Workday support for our annual routines (Annual Review, Peer Feedback, Mid-Year Promotions, ect).
Apply the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information & employee and candidate records.
Assist with administration of HR programs, policies, and processes to improve our overall employee experience.

Who you are
Must have meticulous attention to detail with a track record of accuracy
Must be highly organized and self-motivated
Ability to prioritize and recognize immediate needs
Proven track record of picking up new processes, systems, and office support technology
Strong teamwork skills and able to recognize when to jump in when others need help
Ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing in a professional and effective manner
Must be comfortable maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality
1+ years of experience in Workday
