Records Clerk We are seeking a Records Clerk to join the Disbursements team. This role has been created due to increased responsibilities within the team. The Records Clerk will be responsible for maintaining, organizing, and managing records and files, ensuring their accuracy, accessibility, and security. Key Responsibilities: Organize and maintain physical and electronic records. Ensure records are easily accessible for authorized personnel. Perform regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of records. Assist in the development and implementation of record-keeping policies and procedures. Respond to records requests from internal and external stakeholders. Protect the confidentiality and security of records. Assist with the digitization of physical records. Maintain an organized filing system. Perform data entry and update records as needed. Support other administrative tasks as required. Qualifications: Prior data entry experience. Experience working with MS Office (specifically Outlook and Excel). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Working Conditions: Office environment. Regular use of computer and other office equipment. General Comments Health Requirements: None |
