Job Title: Field Service Technician Pay: $21.50/hour Location: Louisville, KY Shift: Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, overtime, flex shifts, and on-call. Job Summary: As a Field Service Technician, you will provide maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for ATMs. You will represent the company brand, problem-solve at a basic module level, organize your time effectively, and escalate issues when necessary. Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent - 0-1 years of related experience - Reliable transportation - Smartphone (Android or iPhone) for work orders and support documentation - Basic tools (e.g., flathead and Phillips screwdrivers) - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, overtime, flex shifts, and on-call - High level of personal integrity and ability to work independently - Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new skills quickly - Ability to work well under pressure Preferred Qualifications: - Associate degree - Previous experience with NCR or similar equipment ## | |
