Benefits and weekly pay

20.00 per hour

10 hour shifts

Monday to Thursday 6a to 430p

or

Tuesday to Friday 6a to 430p

OR

Friday to Monday 6a to 430p


Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Associate to join our team in the production of biologic products in a clean, GMP regulated environment.

Under the supervision of the Manufacturing Supervisor, this role involves the aseptic processing of cell-based products, maintaining safety, compliance, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in regulated manufacturing environments and a strong understanding of GMP protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare products according to production schedules, adhering to GMP standards and following strict aseptic techniques.
Create, review, and manage batch records and labels, ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout production.
Perform in-process testing of media, reagents, and substrates, and ensure proper operation and maintenance of clean room equipment.
Author and update Standard Operating Procedures SOPs, technical reports, and protocols to support manufacturing processes.
Train new Manufacturing Operators and support team adherence to all regulatory and safety guidelines.
Conduct regular checks on production apparatus, reporting any issues promptly.

Qualifications

Education

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor?s degree in Biology or a related Life Science field preferred.

Experience
10 to 16 years in manufacturing, ideally with cell science experience in a GMPregulated environment.
Skills Strong understanding of GMP standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance; experience in regulated industries is essential.
