Position Details: Primary responsibility is assisting with processing vendor related invoices in SAP with accuracy and efficiency. Assisting General Administration area with printing and mailing on customer related invoices. Major Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Process high volume of invoices with accuracy and efficiency following the departmental procedures for both PO and Non-PO invoices. The information related to all tasks will be delivered in a timely manner perform. 2. Assist the Sundry group within General Administration with printing and mailing invoices to customers. Requirements: Skills/Abilities: .Accounts Payable & Office Experience ?Excellent interpersonal skills ?High accuracy and attention to detail ?Analytical competence and technical skills ?Interact professionally and effectively with all levels of staff ?Self-motivated and works independently ?Strong critical thinking & listening skills Associates Degree - with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience High school diploma - with 5 years relevant experience Experience in understanding accounts payable processes, and Administrative control procedures, especially in areas related with accounts payable. Experience with computers and working in an Office environment. | |
