Join a leading medical technology company as a QA Technician. Ensure top-notch quality in manufacturing processes through inspections, statistical analyses, and meticulous record-keeping. Collaborate with production teams, solve quality issues, and uphold industry standards. Shift Options: 3rd shift Mo-Fr (FT) 10:00pm-6:00am $16.25/hour 5th Sa-Su FT 6:00pm-6:00am, Mo-Tu 10:00pm -6:00am $17.60/hour 4th Sa-Su FT 6am-6pm, Thu-Fr 6am-2pm $16.60/hour Benefits: 401K Health, Dental, Vision Insurance Weekly Pay on Fridays Temp to perm Key Duties & Responsibilities: Monitor production processing via random QA audits Conduct necessary quality inspections using proper equipment and techniques Conduct statistical analysis on select processes and report findings Assist with problem solving ??? root cause analysis ??? corrective actions Maintain accurate documentation of quality inspection results Ensure incoming materials are in compliance to required specifications Ensure outgoing products are in compliance with required specifications Ensure production personnel are following proper procedure for ongoing production checks Assist with training and instruction for production operators in QA measuring procedures Development and maintenance of quality procedures and work instructions Audit and maintenance of compliance to required quality management system standards Provide management with detailed quality reports as required ??? daily, weekly, monthly, etc. Other duties as required by quality management Must-Haves: At least 1 year of experience as an IPQA Inspector Knowledge/experience in the medical industry (GMPs/GDPs preferred) Good understanding of English and Spanish Additional Requirements: HS Degree (Preferred) Proficiency in Excel and strong math skills Apply today to make a difference in health innovation!## BD04123JD | |
