Your assignments will include repair activities such as replaceable unit swapping, image loading, and unit testing using a detailed script. You will also perform other non-troubleshooting duties. Direction will be provided by script, help desk or service desk in a Next Business Day (NBD) and/or Same Business Day (SBD) service delivery environment. General Job Information: Key Responsibilities: You will be assigned service requests to repair laptops and desktops Your assignments will include repair activities such as replacing hard drives, motherboards, and keyboards You may also perform whole unit swaps, repair, or replace PC peripherals Required Skills: DELL Desktop PC, Install/Support, Expert A+ Certification NOT REQUIRED, but PREFERRED! | |
