Weekly Pay! $23.80/Hour Shift Details: 7:00AM to 4:00PM DESCRIPTION: What are must-have desired traits/experiences that the Manager would most like to see? Willingness to learn; great attitude Accounting experience in month end close AP experience a plus Required/preferred experience: Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting or Finance Responsibilities Review to ensure compliance with expense matching principles Prepare/post journal entries Reconciling balance sheet accounts with appropriate support/documentation Month over month P&L variance explanations Process and log A/P invoices in Lawson tool, answer payment inquiries from vendors. Weekly projections of business line?s performance Month end close preparation to ensure deadlines are met. Interact with various vendors and accounting teams; maintain good relationships Assist in annual budget process preparing schedules Various other tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance Good oral and written communication skills Ability to multi task and work individually within a team environment 1-2 years of experience preferred | |
