Location: West side of El Paso; Zip Code 79912 Shift Options: 4th Shift: 6:00am-6:00 pm (Saturday & Sunday) PT | Pay Rate: $15.50/hour 5th Shift: 6:00 PM- 6:00 AM, (Saturday & Sunday) PT | Pay Rate: $17.50/hour 30-minute paid lunch Hiring Process: Phone Interview with a recruiter and 2nd Interview with the hiring manager in person! Benefits: 401K Health, Dental, Vision Insurance Weekly Pay (Every Friday) Temp to hire Job Duties Under direct supervision, trains to perform duties related to the preparation and manufacture of active pharmaceutical ingredients, intermediates, and/or medical devices in accordance with standard operating procedures, as regulated by quality, environmental, and safety agencies (FDA, OSHA, etc.). RESPONSIBILITIES Possess a basic understanding of production processes within the area of assignment and a working knowledge of manufacturing equipment. Follow GMPs and standard operating procedures. Transport materials of varying weight in accordance with established safety guidelines using material handling equipment and additional assistance as required. Demonstrates adherence to safety procedures by monitoring personal and peer behaviors, work environment and housekeeping. Performs all duties with attention to quality, safety, and environmental matters such as wearing appropriate personal protective equipment, identifying, reporting, and appropriately responding to hazards in the work area (spills/accidents/near misses), always maintaining proper housekeeping, and properly labeling and storing chemicals. Qualifications High School Diploma/GED preferred 2 months of work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Able to read, write, and understand Basic English preferred.
