This role will work closely with experienced staff members to develop their skills and knowledge in different areas. Key Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Generate regular reports on production metrics and provide insights and recommendations to optimize production processes, increase productivity, and reduce costs Update SOP, JSA, and other key documents as well as implement and train the teams on the changes required Participate in cross-functional meetings and projects to support company-wide objectives. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation Participate on problem solving activities Assist with other tasks as needed We bring Empowerment to make meaningful contributions while upholding ethical standards. You bring High school diploma, GED, or coursework completed on Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
