This position is designed for an individual who is looking to gain hands-on experience in analyzing production data, optimizing processes, and contributing to the overall quality and timely delivery of our fragrance manufacturing products. This role will work closely with experienced staff members to develop their skills and knowledge in different areas. Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Generate regular reports on production metrics and provide insights and recommendations to optimize production processes, increase productivity, and reduce costs
Update SOP, JSA, and other key documents as well as implement and train the teams on the changes required
Participate in cross-functional meetings and projects to support company-wide objectives.
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Participate on problem solving activities
Assist with other tasks as needed

You bring
High school diploma, GED, or coursework completed on Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Skilled in using Microsoft applications:
Must understand and comply with all Safety and PPE regulations, guidelines, and procedures
Must be able to work in a chemical compounding environment
Be capable of lifting
