Weekly Pay! $19.00/Hour Shift Details:4:00PM to 12:00AM Description: Perform variety of facilities-related duties, which may include cleaning, repair and maintenance work. Perform outside maintenance, including grounds work, as needed. Remain knowledgeable of janitorial supplies and chemicals, including hazardous materials. Ensure equipment is cleaned and stored following use. Notify appropriate personnel concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems. Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties. May be responsible for any or all of the following: Cleaning tasks including but not limited to cleaning and sanitation of restrooms, waste removal, wet and dry cleaning of walls, floors, ceilings, windows, furniture, elevators, water fountains, waste receptacles, corridors, halls, stairwells, lounges, lobbies, locker rooms, offices, cubicles, doors, woodwork, metal, café tables and other tasks as assigned. Understand and follow cleaning procedures for all area types and tasks as assigned. Collect, separate and remove solid and recycled waste to the appropriate disposal locations. Read and follow standard operating procedures, work instructions and guidance documents as required by regulatory standards. Perform tasks in a safe and responsible manner observing safety and security protocols. Report and communicate maintenance deficiencies, carpet stains, cleaning projects and safety concerns. Participate in office moves including breaking down and rebuilding offices, moving totes, computer and phone moves, etc. Install, maintain and repair facility structures including painting, Sheetrock repair, ceiling repair, door maintenance and repair, etc. Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed. Performs offsite warehouse inventory tracking and storing. Performs building audits to identify the need and/or opportunity for maintenance and repair. EDUCATION: High School degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Associates degree or equivalent preferred. REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Knowledge of building services or trade-specific skills/knowledge. Strong communication/customer service skills both verbal and written. Strong contract and vendor management skills. Ability to manage and delegate without direct reporting relationships. Ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task. Effective team building and gaining commitment skills. Ability to assess and define problems with a variety of variables, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to read and interpret documents and instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Demonstrated proficiency with mathematical concepts. Ability to write reports and correspondence. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Full use of hands including fingers to handle, feel, and use objects, tools and/or controls. Required to stand and walk on average of 5-10 miles per day. Moderate to heavy lifting in excess of 50 pounds as well as the ability to frequently move over 100 pounds on a cart, barrel, bin, or dolly. Specific vision requirements include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus. Ability to work overtime hours as required. Weekend hours may be required | |
