Proper phone etiquett while ansering showroom calls. Must haves: One year of customer service experience. ( Example: Retail, fast food, nail or hair salon) Great personality and friendly disposition Responsibilities: Enthusiastically greet all customers entering the showroom. Answer incoming showroom calls. Effectively communicate appointment policy. Manage customer sign-ins, central appointment book and customer job folders. Qualifications: High school degree required.
