JobsRUs.com is hiring a Warehouse Associate for our client in Frankfort, IN! Pay: $25.00 per hour, with weekly pay! benefits available. You play a key role in loading and unloading trucks, assisting with storage operations, and supporting the management team with various tasks related to moving and storing seed. Key Responsibilities Loadand unload Trucks Help with the loading and unloading of trucks. Support Operations: Assist in the storage and moving of seed, following all safety procedures. Operate Equipment: Use skid steer loaders or pay loaders as needed. Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with the management team and co-workers. Safety First: Follow all company safety procedures. What We?re Looking For: Experience: Previous experience with skid steer or pay loader is a plus. Skills: Good organizational and communication skills, both oral and written. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Physical Requirements: Able to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing or sitting for long periods, and working in various conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.). Flexibility Willingness to work shifts with variable start times, including weekends, holidays, and overtime during busy seasons.
