About the Role: JOB TITLE: HR Assistant-Administrative Positions: 1 Pay Rate: **Pay Rate: $30.00 hr. - $34 hr.** Shifts: Monday - Friday 8 AM ? 5 PM The HR Assistant must be flexible to work varying hours from time to time to support the needs of the operation.) START DATE: 8/19/2024 LENGTH: 3 months (Possible opportunity to hire for the right candidate and demands of the business.) LOCATION: SPENCER, WI **Pay Rate: $30.00- $34 hr.** (Please provide the pay rate when submitting your candidate) Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (This is a three-shift manufacturing plant (5 days per week). The HR Specialist must be flexible to work varying hours from time to time to support the needs of the operation.) On-site Role! Possible opportunity to hire for the right candidate and demands of the business. Education: Associates degree preferred, but not required. We are looking for a detail-oriented and people centric HR professional who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment. The HR Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting our team in Spencer, Wisconsin. In this role, you?ll focus on recruitment, positive employee relations and process ownership within the local HR team. Job Description: ? Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and deliver on recruiting plan. ? Ensure a positive candidate experience in partnership with our Talent Acquisition team. ? Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement. ? Address employee concerns and conduct investigations when necessary. ? Own and manage local HR processes and maintain accurate employee records. ? Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires. ? Partner with leadership, HR, and Labor to ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreement. ? Experience working in a union environment preferred. Qualifications for Success: ?
