We are looking for a proactive Catering Services Coordinator to organize, set up, and deliver top-notch catering services for various events and meetings. In this role, you will be the face of our catering operations, ensuring that every event runs smoothly and exceeds customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: Catering Setup and Delivery: Organize, set up, and deliver requested catering services to specific locations or conference rooms, ensuring that all items are prepared and presented to the highest standards. Customer Service Excellence: Provide prompt, courteous, and attentive service to all customers. Address and resolve any requests or concerns with a positive and solution-oriented approach. Event Coordination: Collaborate with clients to understand their catering needs and preferences. Ensure that all special requests and dietary requirements are accommodated and fulfilled. Service Execution: Manage the on-site execution of catering services, including food presentation, setup, and cleanup. Ensure that all food and beverage items are served at the appropriate temperatures and in a timely manner. Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of quality in all aspects of catering service. Monitor and assess service delivery to ensure it meets or exceeds customer expectations. Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and team members to coordinate service details and resolve any issues promptly. Inventory Management: Manage and oversee the inventory of catering supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are available and in good condition. Coordinate with suppliers as needed to restock and replenish. Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or a customer service role is preferred, with a proven track record of delivering excellent service. Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure. Knowledge: Familiarity with catering operations, food safety standards, and event management. Understanding of different types of events and client needs. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or coursework in hospitality or catering management is a plus.
