Overview:

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented leader with a passion for overseeing food operations? We are seeking a dynamic Site Supervisor to provide essential oversight and coordination for routine activities in diverse environments, including commercial facilities, healthcare settings, educational institutions, and more. In this role, you will support management by ensuring the smooth operation of food services and guiding employees to achieve excellence in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Coordination: Direct and manage the routine activities of food service employees to ensure efficient and effective operations. Oversee the delivery of services, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of workers and/or service employees, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance performance and productivity.

Daily Oversight: Assist management with the daily supervision of key functions and staff, including scheduling, task delegation, and monitoring performance to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Quality Assurance: Monitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Conduct regular inspections to ensure that food operations meet or exceed industry standards.

Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to food operations or employee performance promptly and effectively, escalating to management as needed.

Communication: Act as a liaison between management and staff, ensuring clear and effective communication of expectations, policies, and procedures.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of operational activities, employee performance, and any incidents or issues. Prepare and submit reports to management as required.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in food service management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of food operations and employee coordination.

Skills: Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.

Knowledge: Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation standards in food service. Understanding of the unique requirements of various facilities, including commercial, healthcare, and educational settings.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or advanced education in food service management or a related field preferred.
