Stakeholder engagement SAP Certified great - experience is more importance than certification The role forms part of the Cluster Project Team for the Finance and Procurement Business Operations Transformation (BOT) project. The Cluster Team has the mandate to rollout to the countries part of a cluster, the BOT Core template processes and solutions for finance and procurement activities for client group companies. The Cluster Team also supports the countries in their transformation path, driving change adoption in the countries in scope. Key Tasks: Allocated to cluster deployments to support all roll out activities, as required by the project, including supporting the process lead in fit-gap analysis and investigating and documenting gaps to the BOT core template, designing changes to process steps for approved gaps, support the country for change impact assessment and providing input to training materials review, working with the System Integrator and Digital/ IT to design solution related changes for approved gaps, educating the country team on the standard BOT Core processes & solutions, supporting business acceptance testing and defect resolution during Hypercare etc, as well as ad-hoc tasks required for project delivery. Template deployment Cluster Functional SME responsibilities: ? Prepare Business Requirement Documents for approved gaps along with country and submit to central PDG/ SSD Leads for review/approval. ? Process input to change Impact Assessment ? Provide input into Change & Comms plan for addressing impacts identified (this can cover a lot of activities: workaround definition, preparing/reviewing content for comms, etc.) ? Validate solution proposals from System Integrator with country and Central Solution leads ? Review and provide first level input to FSDs/ TSDs & Config rationale prepared by System Integrator, ? Support Solution Leads and Solution Architect on subject matter of expertise ? GBO transition (knowledge transfer, activity split discussions, DTP review) ? Data migration (extractions/ validations mainly needed in exceptional cases) ? SIT (scenarios input, validation of specific results) ? Process Educate country project resources on BOT Core Processes and supporting solutions (including Service Now interaction tool with GBO, BI SAC reporting if applicable, etc) ? Business Validation (UAT) test scenarios selection/input, country preparation and execution support ? Cutover (planning & execution ? limited) ? Hypercare support running operations and incident resolution ? Training (Knowledge Transfer to trainers, materials review) ? Hand-hold country and GBO resources throughout the project to secure an understanding of the process and operating model and to guide the transformation and provide clarification of any area of concern or doubt | |
