Seeking to hire a Material Handler for our client in Oklahoma City, OK 73107. Benefits and weekly pay available 16.00 per hour 730a to 400p The Supply Chain Material Handler 1 handles labeling, shipping, receiving, and inventory control for raw materials and components used in commercial production. The role requires work at both the Fort Worth production site and the contracted warehouse, in a controlled environment. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining ERP documentation, following cGMP regulations, and standard operating procedures. Responsibilities: Material Receipt, Inventory Control, and Production Support (60%) Receive and verify incoming materials. Document and inspect cGMP materials, and manage quarantine processes. Sample raw materials and coordinate with Quality Assurance. Issue and transport materials for batch manufacturing. Manage storeroom inventory levels. Perform physical tasks for receiving, shipping, and storing materials. Coordinate material transfers with manufacturing personnel. Execute inventory transactions in the ERP system. Maintain proper segregation, security, labeling, and storage of inventory. Conduct cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and recommend actions. Keep warehouse and dispensing areas clean and safe. Operate material handling equipment. Shipping and Distribution (30%) Generate shipping documentation and declarations for hazardous materials. Prepare temperature-sensitive products for shipment. Manage inventory levels for consumables and shipping supplies. Additional Duties (10%) Provide accurate documentation as per SOP. Complete all required cGMP, GCP, GLP, and safety training. Perform tasks as directed by company leadership. Location: Fort Worth, US Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver?s License Experience: 1+ years in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations in a regulated industry, preferably pharmaceutical/life-science. Experience with inventory management and ERP systems. Proficiency in Excel and Word. Competencies: Team player with knowledge of cGMP operations. Proficient in ERP inventory transactions. Willing to work with chemicals and hazardous goods. Knowledge of handling temperature-sensitive products and cold storage. Familiar with DOT, IATA regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented and accurate with numerical information. Responsible and able to meet critical timelines. Sound judgment and appropriate action-taking. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Physical Demands: May require PPE and respirator use (may need shaving for males). Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to operate material handling equipment. Travel Requirements: 25% travel, mainly between the Vickery production facility and the Off Site Warehouse. | |
