JobsRUs.com. is seeking to hire a Assembler for our client in Freeport, IL! Shift Differential: $22.50/hr (3rd Shift - 11pm to 7am) As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality products and services for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include assembling and inspecting products to ensure the highest level of quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work area, setting up and monitoring production, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, production, and quality. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ? Operate assigned equipment to assemble and inspect products ? Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance processes and outcomes ? Maintain a clean and organized work area for efficient operations ? Comply with all safety rules and regulations ? Record and report production data accurately ? Analyze data and production reports to identify areas for improvement ? Set up and change over equipment as needed U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status. YOU MUST HAVE ? High School Diploma or equivalent WE VALUE ? Demonstrated ability to perform tasks with precision and attention to detail ? Strong analytical skills to analyze information and concepts effectively ? Ability to collaborate with others while also being self-motivated and independent ? Excellent observation skills to identify key details and potential issues ? Troubleshooting skills to address any challenges that may arise ? Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity for efficient assembly and inspection ? Creative thinking and idea generation to contribute to process improvements ?
