Weekly Pay! $50.00/Hour Description: This role provides program leadership and governance for life-cycle management(LCM) programs for solutions and technologies associated with servers, endpoints, and connectivity. Job Responsibilities: Overall program leadership and accountability for the success of LCM Leading our key suppliers in planning and assessment for LCM Defining success metrics and process to track Leading our key suppliers in the procurement, inventory, and return of assets Managing the LCM budgets Managing risks and issues ? taking corrective actions and/or escalations as needed Managing the stakeholder communications and regular status reports with success metrics Managing resource utilization Leading process improvements or implementation of new technology to support improvements in the overall LCM Sharing of best practices Manage our support vendor Field Services team resource scheduling Report out to team and leadership on the program status Qualifications, Experience, & Abilities BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 5+ years of experience within the Information Technology industry, with concentration around infrastructure and/or applications and the following: Technologies such as PC?s, tablets, servers, networking, etc. PC operating system and environment such as MS Windows, MacOS or others Process automation within IT platforms 4+ years of experience in Program Leadership focusing on the following: Utilizing program and project methodology and techniques Leading other project managers to achieve project deliverables and goals Managing and leading global projects with global resource allocation Project and portfolio management practices and tools Experience interacting at multiple levels of an organization with a specific focus on delivering results and strong communication skills Experience in managing budgets and resource allocation Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with business partners and IT teams Ability to challenge the current process to drive improvement; ability to drive change Leadership Presence: Demonstrates grace and balance under challenging opportunities; clearly articulates value while influencing and connecting with others Convey relevant information clearly with confidence at all levels within the organization; understanding others through active listening Experience collaborating in a diverse cultures environment and across international boundaries Team Mindset: Promotes collaboration and best practice sharing; makes others better and helps others grow Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus Able and available to travel domestically or internationally as required Strong financial acumen, experience with leasing desired Experience with Service Now and hardware assest management process desired | |
