Jobsrus.com is looking to hire a Commercial Cleaner for the Janesville, WI area. Hours are 6am to 11am M-F plus 2 weekends per month. $15 per hour, Direct Hire opportunity! Job responsibilities: Completing light cleaning duties according to the provided checklists (e.g., wiping surfaces, emptying trash cans, floor vacuuming and mopping, changing linen) Managing a particular area of the client?s home and ensuring a high level of quality Working with minimal supervision Assessing the work site, prioritizing tasks, and using good judgment to customize the appointment per client?s wishes Building positive relationships with clients by earning their trust and respect Complying with proper safety policies and procedures Transporting all equipment and supplies from each visit Professionally addressing any complaints or issues and reporting to management Taking the initiative to delight our clients wherever possible Qualifications and skills: Able to lift and carry 25+ pounds of cleaning supplies and equipment Able to stand, kneel, and climb stairs Good at organizing and solving problems Good work ethic and positive attitude Can work both independently and as part of a team environment Can communicate well (multiple languages are an asset) Previous cleaning experience is an asset We look forward to working with you!
