DESCRIPTION:
For most of the questions if they have some experience (like inspecting material, running some equipment, and acknowledging they can physically handle the job) is what we are looking for. They will be working closely with fellow team members, so the ability to have some social skills is important. They will have to be able to read and comprehend written and verbal instructions. We want to improve our culture in the work area, so a positive attitude / behaviors are important.

SKILLS:

Quality Control: This involves inspecting products, materials, and parts during manufacturing to ensure they meet standards. Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial.
Communication: Effective communication is essential for recording observations, making recommendations, and collaborating with colleagues. Clear verbal and written communication helps maintain quality processes.
Technical Skills: Operating machinery and equipment requires technical proficiency. Familiarity with production processes, safety protocols, and equipment operation is valuable.
Problem-Solving: As someone who identifies issues and recommends improvements, problem-solving skills are vital. Analyzing data, troubleshooting, and suggesting solutions contribute to process optimization.
Physical Stamina: Standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 pounds are part of the job. Physical endurance and resilience are necessary.

Performs quality control inspections, checks, and tests during the manufacture of products. Inspects materials, parts and products at different stages of production. Operates equipment / machinery to complete bagging and packaging processes. Standing for long periods of time. Records observations and may make recommendations for improving processes. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of related experience. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under immediate supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor. Special Considerations: Lifting is generally at or below 30Lbs. without significant repetitions. Moderate exposure to machinery, chemical, biological, and physical risks is anticipated.
