Weekly Pay! $46.15/Hour Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5pm Job Title: Sr. HR Systems Specialist CAREER PROFILE Sr HR Systems Specialist supports and maintains internal HR systems, services, and applications and is accountable to ensure a stable and effective systems environment, drive HR excellence by facilitating timely and accurate HR transactions and provide exceptional service. The specialist interacts internally with HR, managers, and employees at all levels of the organization. Externally, the role must partner with key suppliers of our software and technical support services. THE SPECIFICS OF THIS PARTICULAR JOB: System support/triage activities using the ServiceNow toolset to quarterback and manage support tickets for HR systems and provide first level troubleshooting, assessment, and resolution to users. Proactively escalate unresolved issues to advanced OC experts and/or supplier partner support. Monitor support and aging tickets to ensure service level agreements are met and engage with appropriate resources to ensure the issue is brought to timely resolution. HR Systems Data Management performing various system maintenance and testing activities as directed by the HR Systems Leads as part of normal HR cycles or when technical changes and system updates are released. These include but are not limited to data replication monitoring, workflow approvals, mass updates, data table updates, template creation, mass form movement, pick list maintenance, jobs/family updates, proxy, and role-based permissions. Assist HR systems leadership in fulfilling key governance responsibilities across the entire HR systems landscape. These include but are not limited to process owner for ServiceNow within HR Systems, HR excellence dashboards, certification tracking and system access management, internal/external audit compliance, HR systems communications, process documentation maintenance, and training material maintenance. Keep up to speed on changes to the systems that occur with ongoing updates and project implementations. THE MUST HAVES: Bachelor?s degree in information systems, Business, or related field. 3-5 years of work experience in a technical, analytical, or HR specialist role supporting employees at all levels of the organization. Experience with SAP/SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruiting. Demonstrated understanding of the integration of people, process and technology, and experience in matching user/organization needs and requirements to system-oriented solutions. EXPERIENCE: Exposure to HR systems other cloud-based environments. such as SAP/SuccessFactors, Kronos, or other cloud-based environments. Some applied knowledge of HR processes and practices is preferred. Depth of subject matter expertise in a variety of office toolsets (ServiceNow, Excel, SharePoint, and Box). Working knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies for root cause analysis/elimination. KEY CAPABILITIES OF THE ROLE: Human Resources Information Systems Operations - Knowledge of features, functions and management of human resources information systems (HRIS); ability to operate HRIS for different HR tasks, projects, and processes. Human Resource Management Application - Knowledge of and the ability to design, develop and implement a whole range of application tools or modules used in human resource management. System Testing - Knowledge of system and software testing; ability to design, plan and execute system testing strategies and tactics to ensure the quality of software at all stages of the system life cycle. Problem Management Process - Knowledge of the problem management process; ability to follow through a problem management process and bring a reported problem to a successful resolution. | |
