Essential Functions: - Conduct daily inspections and maintenance of plant machinery to ensure optimal performance. - Perform troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. - Execute preventive maintenance tasks and maintain inventory for the maintenance department. - Operate and control machines as needed; assist managers and supervisors with machine-related inquiries. - Clean and maintain equipment components to prevent downtime and ensure longevity. - Adhere to safety protocols, including OSHA guidelines and Lock Out Tag Out procedures. Qualifications: - Proven experience 1+ years in industrial machinery repair and maintenance. - Proficiency in using hand and power tools for equipment servicing. - Ability to read schematics and diagnose electrical issues using voltmeters. - Knowledge of preventive maintenance concepts and safety protocols. - Strong communication skills and ability to work independently. - Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
