Intial term will be 6 months, 30hrs/week with potential for 40hours, and will handle Military docs so must be US citizen.
The SOW is very detailed, so preferably looking for a candidate that has some exposure or experience (1+ years) with Technical Publications.

Scope of Service:
During the course of this engagement, Contractor shall perform the following services or
any others mutually agreed with client. In addition to the specific tasks and outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) below, the Contractor may be
required to perform other related duties assigned by Manager or designee.

Project 1: Identification and migration of the latest revision of client
ACMM/ACMPs, CMP/CMMs, OHMs, SB/SLs
client will provide an index of client documents
Contractor will work with POC?s at respective client division to
transfer all CMP/CMM/SB/SL released files to a client Irvine location
Contractor will assist with renaming ACMM/ACMPs, CMP/CMMs, OHMs,
SB/SLs in accordance with client?s naming convention
An Excel file mapping current PDF name to what name should be is
to be created. Document control will be able to mass update PDF
naming using the Excel sheet
Source files are not to be renamed during this process
Contractor will provide document control with copies of the latest identified
ACMM/ACMPs, CMP/CMMs, OHMs, SB/SLs along with a copy of the
metadata for batch upload (required metadata template, named Bulk Load
Input Sheet, will be provided)
Contractor will ensure that the source files for the ACMM/ACMPs,
CMP/CMMs, OHMs, SB/SLs uploaded into Enovia are archived in a
secure client location
Contractor will coordinate upload of client documents to
PHConnect through PMCS, or other system defined by IT
Expected deliverable:
Excel file mapping current PDF name to what the new PDF name
should be
Completed Bulk Load Input Sheet, which will include all required
metadata
Confirmation that all source files have been securely archived in a
client Irvine location
Confirmation all documents are uploaded in PHConnect

Project 2: Access Database Cleanup
Contractor will conduct a cleanup of Access database records
Any duplicate, blank entries to be deleted
Any incomplete entries to be populated or deleted
Ensure Access is single source of truth for ATA Number Index
client will provide an ATA numbering index and latest index from
Enovia, TMR
Note there may be other sources where ATA numbers are
being kept that are not shown in the sources above.
Contractor may need to reconcile all lists
If there is an ATA number that is not found in Access database,
contractor shall create an entry within Access for the ATA number
Duplicate ATA numbers are to be brought to the attention of client
for corrections

Expected Deliverable
Tech Pubs Access database updated with all missing ATA numbers
Tech Pubs Access database cleaned up of blank records
List of duplicated ATA numbers

Education and Skills:
Experience in auditing document libraries to ensure consistency and accuracy
Experience with Enovia, Salesforce, Microsoft Access, other standard Microsoft
Products (ie Word, Excel, Outlook)
Background in document control/configuration management for an Aerospace
organization, skilled in managing and migrating large data sets
US Citizenship required
