QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: 3PL / Transportation experience is a must Must be proficient in using; MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) WMS Systems: Manhattan Scale preferred Use of office equipment Able to calculate figures and amounts such as; proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume Strong analytical skills, as well as, independent thinking/reasoning ability. Able to work effectively with a wide range of personnel. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: First point of contact with external customers providing prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service. Process all customer orders following customer specifications. Process all customer inbound product shipments; enter the product into inventory. Receive, process & route order releases, including systems updates and customer notifications. Furnish shipping and tracking information to customers as required. Maintain positive a customer relationship by responding to all inquiries. Provide clerical support services as required by the customer; generating custom reports and responding to specific need## | |
