Weekly Pay! 43.67 Per Hour Job Responsibilities Aiding in the development and commercialization of the Brand strategy, guidelines, tools, and processes to meet business objectives. Owner of our syndicated data base maintenance, adhoc projects facilitated through third party data providers, distribution and maintenance of the monthly reporting suite, sales strategy communications, and consolidating sales inputs for monthly internal meetings Neilson, IRI syndicated data VERY STRONG MS EXCEL HYBRID between Marketing, Sales and BI data and digital marketing! Identifying customer opportunities through Category Management scorecards and other gap analysis. Leveraging customer, industry, market, and competitive information to develop solution based sales presentations that drive growth to the category. some PP when presenting Collaborating with Sales Team, utilizing the total Sovos offerings to meet their needs to drive sales and profitable opportunities. Utilizing an understanding of market dynamics, consumer trends, and shopper behaviors to deliver category insights to internal and external stakeholders. Skills and Values Requirements Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint they will be presenting data to the stakeholders, Directors and VPs Firm understanding of IRI Neilsen database and measures in order to deliver compelling category management analysis. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to excel in a fastpaced environment, working on multiple projects and deliverables at once. Minimum Requirements 4 year College Degree Minimum of 3 to 5 years of Category Management Experience Demonstrated knowledge of Category Management practices and tools, including IRI and Nielsen Location Requirements or Preferences Montclair, NJ preferred will move to Camden NJ the team sits in Montclair Hybrid work environment 2t o 3 days a week in Montclair, NJ. If they want to work out of Camden, NJ that is a poss also. They had another contractor in the role but it was a sales/exec admin role before the acquisition but turned into the Data BI Category analysis experience This role is anticipated to go 3 to 6 mos, and possibly get extended to even longer if the candidate is a rockstar The right candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of professional experience...would look at 1 to 3 years of prior experience for someone who is an ambitious rockstar who has been promoted in prior roles | |
