Location: San Diego, CA 92121 Pay Range: $25 - $33/hour Pay Rate is not guaranteed and will be determined after the interview based on experience. Benefits: 401K Health, Dental, Vision Insurance Weekly Pay (Every Friday) Job Description Summary: We are seeking a Product Development Tech for our San Diego, CA facility. This role involves completing technical tasks, solving routine technical issues, and collaborating with project leaders and professionals in the unit. Duties and Responsibilities: Gather, format, and manipulate technical data such as laboratory results and engineering design changes. Prepare reports, including quantitative analysis, and produce engineering documents and drawings. Provide technical support to engineers and assist with equipment scoping and qualifications. Conduct general lab functions including calibration, safety procedures, and equipment maintenance. Assist in developing prototype processes, executing test protocols, and documenting test results. Support hardware debugging and notify management of project-related factors. Requirements: High school diploma, 3+ years of lab or technician experience in a regulated environment, proficiency in following written procedures and teamwork. Preferred Qualifications and Experience: Ability to perform designed test procedures effectively. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
