Weekly pay (Every Friday) Description: Pay rate $17.50 1st shift hours (8:30am-4:30pm M-F) Provide support for the Packaging Design & Development Laboratory. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Implement test methods and protocols in the evaluation of medical device packaging materials, components and systems Author laboratory reports Ensure efficient upkeep of laboratory Support lab admin duties (Purchase Orders, Chemical Inventory, Safety Audits) Other duties may be assigned. QUALIFICATION, EDUCATION, and EXPERIENCE: Associate or Bachelors degree in Science/Engineering preferred (Packaging Engineering or Technology preferred) 1 - 3 years of packaging laboratory experience preferred Package testing experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Basic understanding of good laboratory practices. Proficient experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Teams. Able to comprehend and use computer controlled laboratory equipment. Able to read and comprehend company procedures, packaging specifications and drawings, industry test methods, government regulations, technical journals and scientific literature. BD04123JD | |
