Position: Quality Auditor
Pay: $15/hr
Location: Atlanta, GA

Description:
Responsible for monitoring, recording, reporting, and following up on specified bottle and label requirements. Ensures accurate and timely processes to support the reduction of defective products and ensures defect-free product shipments.

Responsibilities:

- Adhere to responsibilities outlined in the BOS Manual, Operational Procedures, and Instruction Manuals.
- Operate within the BOS and team environment.
- Conduct line checks and lab checks.
- Record data accurately on provided forms.
- Perform both destructive and non-destructive testing.
- Sample bottle components.
- Reject nonconforming items.
- Conduct required incoming inspections.
- Ensure correct bottle and unit orientation.
- Follow proper scrap recovery procedures.
- Coordinate with quality, conversion, and logistics personnel.
- Maintain computer data files.
- Support Conversion in ensuring conformance to requirements.
- Assist Conversion employees in handling telephone calls when the front office is closed.
- Observe all local and company safety policies and procedures, as well as housekeeping requirements.
- Maintain BOS standards.
- Report food safety issues to authorized personnel.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

**Requirements:**

- Associate???s Degree or 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Team-oriented with strong verbal and communication skills.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Self-motivated and flexible in job assignments.

**Physical Demands/Work Environment:**

- Standing and walking continuously during the entire shift.
- Frequently walking at a moderate pace to respond to machine and equipment breakdowns.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. continuously and up to 70 lbs. occasionally with assistance.
- Frequent postural activities including climbing, maneuvering, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling around machinery, equipment, and conveyors.
- Continuous use of upper extremities to reach, handle, grip, grasp, push, pull, and operate machine parts, controls, and tools.
- Ability to climb ladders, stairs, platforms, and scaffolding to repair machinery and equipment frequently throughout the shift.
- Capability to work in non-permit required confined spaces and at heights of 15??? to 20???.
