Weekly Pay! $24.60/Hour 11:30 PM-8:00 AM The position entails ensuring equipment integrity and timely repairs, supporting the Preventative Maintenance (PM) program to minimize unscheduled downtime. Responsibilities include analyzing problems, interpreting technical information for necessary repairs, and conducting mechanical and electrical maintenance on production machinery and facility support equipment. Inspections and testing of machinery to diagnose malfunctions and validate work performed are vital. Safety compliance is paramount, adhering to company policies, safety rules, procedures, Lock-out/Tag-out procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), personal safety standards, food safety standards, and OSHA standards. Troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment and all plant electrical and mechanical systems, alongside managing work orders and maintaining comprehensive records, are key duties. Effective communication across departments, assisting with equipment changeovers, and managing inventory are also crucial. Ensuring products meet the highest quality standards and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives are essential. Physically, the role requires the ability to lift 50-80 lbs, perform highly repetitive motions, stand for eight-plus hours, climb ladders, work in non-air-conditioned environments, and handle exposure to various substances and conditions. Vision abilities, occasional sitting, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and other physical movements are also part of the job. Active participation in team projects is expected. | |
