Role: Reverse Logistics Manager Pay: $65 - $78 per hour Location: Oakland, CA (onsite preferred, but can be remote) Job Description: We are seeking a collaborative leader to enhance our reverse logistics solutions focusing on return fraud prevention. You will support our reverse logistics program in the US and Canada addressing gaps enhancing efficiency and mitigating risks. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate and improve reverse logistics processes and establish tracking and reporting methods - Utilize data to understand return patterns optimize processes and identify suspicious trends - Monitor and reconcile return activity staying ahead of fraud tactics by reviewing return policies and technologies - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to combat unauthorized returns and policy abuse - Support ongoing reverse logistics improvement initiatives - Integrate sustainability considerations into initiatives Qualifications: - 5 plus years of supply chain business management experience - Understanding of 3PL reverse logistics processes - Detail oriented with strong problem solving skills - Proficiency with data visibility tools (Looker Snowflake) understanding of warehousing systems (WMS ERP OM) - Experience with payment processing companies CE and cable companies is a plus - Supply Chain Fraud expertise is highly desirable - Familiarity with Power BI Tableau and advanced Excel skills - PNP or APICS certification in Supply Chain is preferred Preferred Experience: - Outbound transportation - Experience launching 3PLs onboarding new providers and partnering with IT and systems teams - Identifying and mitigating supply chain fraud - Vendor onboarding and contract logistics experience - Collaborating with multiple teams (Risk and Fraud Shop Supply Chain) Ramp Perspective: - 30 Days Understand role and responsibilities - 60 Days Fully operational and contributing - 90 Days Leading initiatives and driving improvements | |
