We are currently hiring for a Maintenance Technician in Chambersburg, PA. $17-20+/hr Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Will be responsible to cover on-call emergencies on a rotation basis. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for indoor and outdoor maintenance at a new apartment complex with 48 units. Job Duties: - Candidates must be skilled in drywall repair, painting, light plumbing, basic electrical, basic carpentry, cleaning preferred. - Position is also responsible for grounds maintenance and snow removal. - Must be able to adapt to changing work priorities. - Must be self-motivated and enjoy working independently as well as on a team. - Strong customer service skills are required and experience working with seniors is a plus. Requirements: ? 2-3+ years prior maintenance skills ? routine cleaning, drywall repair, painting, light plumbing, basic electrical, and general maintenance repair skills; HVAC helpful or will train. ? Prior apartment or home repair maintenance skills helpful ? Minimum HS/GED required. ?
