Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Pay rate: $20.14/hour

Shift: onsite 4 days; the 5th day is flexible

Location: sparks, MD

Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate and organize marketing events and regional meeting events and regional meetings, utilizing CONCUR for scheduling and coordination.
Handle various needs and concerns within the marketing department, including computer issues, corporate cards, supplies management, and new hire orientation.
Manage procurement service, including onboarding new suppliers and overseeing the procure-to-pay process and using Arvo SIM and BD BuySmart tool.
Perform administrative tasks to support departmental functions such as special projects, new associate onboarding, correspondence preparation, contact list maintenance, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
Maintain databases and manage programs related to industrial affairs, including Fortune Database ad ACNS Program, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates.

Additional Duties:
Act as the Super User for BuySmart and ARAVO Systems, facilitating monthly SUper User calls and providing support to BuySmart Requisitions.
Manage ADP Payroll processing, ensuring accurate timecard management for assigned BD associates and adhering to HR policies and California labor laws.
Supervise the LIS Reimbursement Payment Process including contract verification, purchase request entry, and reimbursement follow-up via ACH.
Create distributor New Product Add Forms, gathering product information from SAP, marketing, and regulatory sources, and coordinating review by Marketing associates before submission.
Enter new product pricing questionnaires into the pricing SharePoint site and provide costing information to Marketing associates when required.
