Weekly Pay! $14.00/Hour Description: Summary The Cementer is responsible for assembling fabric patterns according to work instructions, drawings, etc. to create air holding devices. The Cementer will join seams of fabric together by applying adhesive. Hand tools are used during construction. The Cementer performs all duties outlined in the basic training checklist. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Performs tasks assigned by lead and production manager. Participates in training programs. Accurately reports all labor transactions. Supports and trains new employees as needed. Supports company goals and missions. Complies with all safety regulations. Maintains a clean and orderly area. Supports the continuous improvement goals of the company. Complies with all rules, regulations, and procedures of the company. Continuously works as a team member. Other duties as assigned.
