Join our dynamic team in Muscatine and take your career to the next level! What We're Looking For: ? Onsite Commitment: Minimum 4 days per week ? Experience: 10+ years leading capital equipment projects ? Skills: Strong large project management expertise Your Role: Ideal Candidate Qualifications: ? Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent ? 10+ years of project management experience ? Experience with food processing equipment ? Facilities-related project experience is a plus ? Proven ability to deliver quality results in a fast-paced environment Capital Project Management: ? Develop and present project documentation for approvals ? Lead projects from development through to completion ? Conduct regular project meetings and updates ? Collaborate with vendors for successful project outcomes ? Oversee installation and ensure all new equipment is tagged Plant Equipment Support: ? Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues ? Provide detailed equipment documentation and drawings ? Create plant layouts as needed Proficiency Required: ? MS Office ? AutoCAD ? MS Project ? MS Teams ? SAP Onsite Support Requirements: ? Monday: 4 hours ? Tuesday: 8 hours ? Wednesday: 8 hours ?
