JobsRUs.com. is seeking to hire a Material Handler for our client in Fairfield, OH! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $23.00/Hour Shift:2nd shift Forklift experience required. What will you do? Cycle count raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials on a daily basis. This will involve opening cartons, bundles, and other containers to count items and/or weigh materials to determine quantity. Assist other warehouse personnel in determining root causes of inventory inaccuracies. Perform random audits to ensure root cause corrective actions are followed throughout the production process. Perform cycle counts in off-site warehouses. Ensure materials are in proper locations. Ensure items and racks are properly labeled. Locate misplaced or misidentified inventory. Collect scrap log sheets and update a database. Maintains good housekeeping and cleans equipment. Sorts and disposes of scrap. Performs required equipment/PIV inspections daily. Follows 5S Principles in their work area. What qualifications will make you successful? Required: High School Diploma or GED Qualifications that will impact success are experience in a warehouse inventory environment; Microsoft Excel; good communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; attention to detail; prior use of powered industrial trucks such as Genie lift.
