Weekly Pay! $36.00/Hour 2-3 days a week on site Education Required BA/BS degree or 5+ years? experience in the applicable area Quoting & Pricing Specialist Summary This position supports the quote creation and pricing process for the MMS Infusion business of client. The key responsibilities include: Support the regional MMS sales contracts lifecycle including provision of lead information (from internal data), quote generation, and approval Collaborate closely with the sales team to create a profitable sales contract and ensure proper documentation is presented and executed Support and participate on process improvement projects (templates, standard terms, system updates, etc.) to drive operational efficiencies and standardization throughout the organization Be accountable for goals and KPIs (e.g., quote cycle time) Qualifications Required BA/BS degree or 5+ years? experience in the applicable area Ability to remotely partner with colleagues, Sales leaders and General Management to create contract offerings / quotations Demonstrated customer centricity attitude in a high volume environment Strong communication skills Self-starter, minimal supervision in performing assigned tasks Preferred Minimum of 1 year of experience in a position with matrix accountability preferred Experience working in Salesforce, CPQ, and SAP General understanding of, HIPAA, Sarbanes Oxley, revenue recognition guidance, Internal Audit, regulatory controls, and business strategy Knowledge of post-signature capital contract processes, including installation, billing/revenue management and maintenance of equipment and how each of those processes are affected by pre-signature contract negotiations BD04123JD | |
